With the help of the Glue module at the time of production you can carry out control of up to 64 Baumer hhs line and dot glue application guns. Each gun can perform glue application independently from one another (in accordance with the set model) on the workpiece of max. 4000 mm length at encoder resolution of 1 mm/impulse.

After the start sensor (optical switch) has
identified the workpiece, the processing of the information received from the
encoder is held and on reaching the place of glue application stated in the
glue application model the gun is activated.
At the same time automatic correction
of the distance between the start sensor and the gun, as well as the delay
compensation between the control signal and the glue application model is made
in such a way that the glue application (independently from the machine speed)
is performed exactly in the programmed area.
