The Xtend series is a modular and expandable system that grows with you. Ranging from simple glue pattern control up to an integrated quality-monitoring system. Since gluing is usually located at the end of the process, Baumer hhs systems can monitor any criteria on the product. Modules such as Code-Reading, Glue- or Presence-Control - to name only a few - result in precise data collection and ejection of detected cartons and thus ensure faultless production. Fail Safe!
The
control system combines glue application with glue monitoring and is equipped
with a 2-step warning system:
The first step is an optic alarm when glue
is applied incorrectly, followed by a feeder stop, ejection or spray marking of
the faulty product.
