Blank guide: Robust and non-contact gluing
Multi-bead gluing without contact. The gluing station, installed either on the machine‘s drive or operator side, does not impede the product run. You can apply adhesive beads of different lengths onto the glue flap as desired. When the gluing system is idle, the nozzles are automatically moved into a parking position. Blocked nozzles on start-up are a thing of the past.

Multiple Heads: Fast, precise and efficient
The robust high performance glue application head guarantees unrivalled productivity with minimum maintenance. Dot mode provides precise amounts of glue application at low speeds. At high speed the optimised flow through the head combined with variable glue pressure (Maximum of 50 bar) provides consistent gluing at any machine speed.

Control: Operate all functions centrally
The most simple and user friendly operation via touch screen. Store your jobs by pressing a key and recall them for repeat jobs. Always with the same precise positioning. Controller also available in two different versions (as wall-mounting or mobile table device).

Glue Supply: Electronic pressure control
Consistent glue application. Reciprocating piston pumps with integrated pressure control allow the adaptation of the glue pressure to the machine speed - thus keeping the applied glue quantity per blank constant. Adhesive can be fed from buckets, containers or from a pipeline.

Multi bead sensor: Monitor glue application
Control is better. Online inspection for all critical jobs. Is the adhesive everywhere it needs to be? Is glue on parts of the blank where no glue should be? An integrated sensor, together with the controller, decides in split seconds whether each box complies with the set standards.

Zero Defect: Camera module - Evaluation with live image monitoring
The integrated system shows the glue tab live to the operator, evaluates various properties and then, if required, saves these images for documentation for creating a log, which can be used for future reference and product tractability.
