The modular glue and quality assurance system Xtend2 made by Baumer hhs allows precise non-contact gluing at machine speeds of up to 700m per minute.The system design siginficantly reduces downtime and allows the production of complicated products.

A typical system consists of high-pressure glue supply, fast-switching electro-magnetic application guns, glue detection sensors and a graphical user interface that ensures optimal setup times. Even a job change is done by a simple press of a button.
